Yoga
What is Yoga?
The word yoga, from the Sanskrit word yuj means to yoke or bind and is often interpreted as “union” or a method of discipline. A male who practices yoga is called a yogi, a female practitioner, a yogini.
Apa itu Yoga ?
Berasal dari bahasa Sansekerta, Yoga memiliki arti menyatukan atau mengikat, seringkali di artikan sebagai penyatuan atau suatu metode disiplin. Pria yang melakukan yoga disebut yogi, dan yogini adalah sebutan bagi wanita yang beryoga.
In Yoga, the body, breath and mind are seen as a union of these multi-dimensional aspects of each and every human being, and you don't have to be able to touch your toes to get started, as long as you can breath, you can do yoga.
